Once I was a die-hard romantic,
Now, I am a hardcore cynic.

Once I loved red-red roses,
Now I don’t care about either poetry or proses

Once I believed that everything was beautiful and pink
Now I think everything stinks

Once I really believed in Happily ever afters
Now I feel there is no laughter

Once life meant peace and calm
Now it is chaos and storm

Once I believed in the beauty of dreams
Now I sit and cry streams
at the shattered illusions of dreams
